WINEMAKER’S COMMENT
This delicious Pinot Gris has been crafted in a dry style with immediate appeal. It is laden with peach, lychee and ginger flavours and aromas, beautifully balanced with vibrant lemon notes. This immediately Appealing wine was crafted in a fruit forward style achieved through vinification in stainless steel, along with a slow fermentation initiated with yeast specially selected to bring out the luscious intensity of this aromatic variety. The emerging wine required no post fermentation fining.
