WINEMAKER’S COMMENT
Intense aromas of citrus, white flowers and orange blossom with a mineral wet stone undertone dominate. The palate is an amazing balance of concentrated lemon and lime tones with a classic fine beaded acidity.
VINEYARD & WINEMAKING
The 2013 vintage was warm and dry and fruit was harvested in pristine condition from the last week of March until late April. Due to the warm days, regular tasting was ensured to capture the flavours at their peak.
