Ingredients:
- 60g Whitebait
- 1 whole egg
- Pinch dashi powder
- Pinch salt
- 1 Tbsp sliced spring onion
- 1 pinch firikake
- olive oil
Method
Mix the egg lightly in a bowl then add all other ingredients and bring together.
Pour into a pre heated fry pan and cook for 1-2 minutes until cooked but still slightly soft in the centre.
Serve with Japanese mayonnaise and toasted baguette with butter.
