Melbourne cup is always a fun highlight on my calendar and this year, for the first time, the Ostro team and I hosted a glamorous day of fun. A bit classier than your average bookies!!
The event was a sell out and a huge success! The specially designed menu included prawn cocktail salad, ox tongue two ways and fish ceviche to start, followed by Canterbury lamb rump, pumpkin ravioli and steamed snapper. To finish guests were treated with Bome Alaska and coffee creme brulee.
