As you now know, I am currently training for the Queenstown Marathon and as part of my training schedule I have been getting right into my smoothies!
There is a huge range of blenders out there but my weapon of choice is my Kenwood FP980, part of the Lifestyle Appliances Range.
With its 1200W motor and extra strong blades, this one cuts through anything and gets my tick of approval.
The best thing, is that it also transforms into a food processor, which means I can use it for all my other cooking prep!

2 cups almond milk
1 Tbsp pumpkin seeds
1/2 frozen banana
3 pipped dates
Blend and drink…so simple but delicious!
