Award winning craft brewery Hallertau has brewed a unique ‘Woo Brew’ just for Madam Woo, my Malaysian restaurant in Queenstown.
Designed to complement Madam Woo’s vibrant fresh flavours, the ‘Woo Brew’ will be launching with a ‘Woo Brew Banquet’ on October 19th 2014, and will be available on tap throughout the summer.
To celebrate the launch, my amazing head chef Jane Leong has created a four-course Malaysian Style banquet to whet your appetite, and the beer will be there to wet your lips.

For $55, guests will be treated to 4 courses of incredible Malaysian cuisine and jugs of the summer brew.
